Creative Project / Curatorial Project / More
Cassidy Yitong Chen is a multimedia artist exploring how technological mediation reshapes the communication between bodies, objects, and environments. Through interactive devices and spatial installations, she creatively navigates the relationship between intertwined physical and digital realities.
Integrating physical structure and Imagery, her work often estranges familiar objects and overturns conventional structures, revealing alternative possibilities within everyday systems and prompting audiences to question the invisible frameworks that shape their experience.
Cassidy holds a BFA in Art and Design with a minor in Art History from Alfred University, and an MPS in ITP (Interactive Telecommunications Program) from NYU Tisch, where she is now a postdoctoral research fellow.
